Bill Gates speaks to Delphian School reps and other attendees at NAIS conference

Each year delegates from over 1100 independent schools and associations in the United States and abroad, converge for the National Association of Independent Schools conference.

More than 4,200 independent school leaders listened as the world famous thought leader in creativity, innovation, imagination, business acumen, philanthropy, and more, Bill Gates, implored the audience to nurture an entrepreneurial spirit in our students, saying, “In some cases, maybe some of our best work is just getting out of the way and letting our students innovate.”

President of Delphi Schools, Inc., Greg Ott, and Deputy Headmaster Alan Rothe were in attendance. Mr. Rothe had this to say about the conference, “It was a unique opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of voices, all of whom represented independent, intelligent, forward-looking thought.  We both came away from the conference with many things to think about and explore further, and our faculty, staff and families are sure to be impacted in positive ways over time.”
